A properly controlled fermentation temperature is critical to producing quality beer. Our custom designed fermenter controller is the result of our industry experience and knowledge and applying that to design a unique fermenter controller for advanced brewing practices. The system is elegant in its simplicity yet incredibly efficient. Our controller uses a precision, temperature controller that constantly monitors the temperature of fermentation to within 1° of its set point. When the temperature of your beer varies by over 1°, the system kicks in and circulates your chill source liquid through the chiller coil until temperature is stabilized.
Our controller:
- Large digit two line control controller in an NEMA 4X box
- Individual on/off switch on panel face
- Individual fuse on panel face
- Controller mounts with two stainless clamps to 1-1/2 inch pipe
- 12” Temperature probe with NEMA 4X box
- 1” NPT Stainless steel Glycol Solenoid, with NEMA 4X box
- 1/2” Liquid tight connectors
- Custom temp probe lengths available
